Job Description:

Reports to the Assistant Director of the Master of Science in Data Analytics (MSDA) program, this position is responsible for supporting all aspects of program management, and enhancement of the program.

Academic Support

  • Support the strategic direction and development of student enrollment and academic support services for the MSDA program
  •  Maintain accurate student records
  •  Participate in program activities and events as assigned

Logistical Support

  • Coordinate logistical support for educational and research initiatives, meetings, and program activities and events
  • Facilitate scheduling assistance as needed for academic appointments and lab meetings
  • Coordinate contracts for vendors/suppliers representing marketing, advertising, and catering
  • Coordinates collection of program performance data and for internal evaluation and external accreditation
  • Assist with program and lab outreach
  • Assist with hiring for the lab and affiliated activities

Budgetary Support

  • Manage the financial administration of the MSDA and lab activities
  • Oversee, organize, produce financial reports
  • Assist Director with funding allocation for preferred lab activities

$36,841 to Negotiable

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years academic experience at a post-secondary institution
  • Experience using PeopleSoft. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook S/W
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of UCF policies and procedures
