Job Description:

Primary duties of the position include maintaining an accounting of all Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities expenses and reconciling such with department and university records; tracking FPCTP scholarship award approvals, disbursements, and reimbursements; and tracking FPCTP grant award agreements, funding, and expenditures.

The selected candidate shall process all personnel appointments and associated tasks; tracks technical assistance activities for the national center; manages elements of the center’s online strategic planning system utilizing the Salesforce platform; arranges meetings; schedules conference calls and webinars; and assists with planning and implementation of professional development activities including logistical arrangements.

Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

$42,367 to Negotiable

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

The selected candidate should have the following:

  • Experience in project accounting

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Experience preparing comprehensive reports that include complex figures and tables

  • Expertise with desktop publishing software

  • Expertise with basic data processing applications (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PeopleSoft Financial, Salesforce)

  • Ability to operate typical office equipment

  • Ability to coordinate and perform a variety of office-related functions, including maintaining office equipment, supplies, and specialized project materials

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines
