Job Description:

The Coordinator for LEAD Scholars Academy will be responsible for developing and delivering a quality and comprehensive leadership education program to the undergraduate student body.

The incumbent will implement various leadership programs intended for transfer and third- and fourth-year students, among other specified student leader groups throughout campus.

Work Schedule:

8:00am - 5:00pm

Expected Salary:

$36,841 - Negotiable

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferences include relevant experience working and advising student groups, leadership development programs, teaching experience at the university level, partnerships, and collaborations, and coordinating programs at a collegiate level.
  • The selected candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent time management skills, strong written and communication skills, the ability to create, implement, and recruit for new program initiatives and to effectively present information.
  • Familiarity with online course platforms.
  • Preferred Master’s degree in the following areas: Student Personnel, Higher Education administration, Higher Education policy studies, counselor education or related major.
