Job Description:

This position serves as a member of the records team in the Registrar's Office.

Resposibilities include:

  • Scanning and converting documents to digital records are a principal responsibility of the position.

  • Prepares all the documents for scanning and data validation to ensure accurate record keeping.

  • Assists the Registrar Specialist with pulling records for formal records requests and in responding to subpoenas.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. May be required during peak times.

$29,069 to Negotiable

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and 0+ years of relevant experience.

Additional Minimum Requirements:


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PeopleSoft student records.

  • Experience in higher education, preferably in an advising office, admissions, or registrar's office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in working with data that requires attention to detail.
