Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing the UCF Vice Provost, Student Learning and Academic Success and Dean, College of Undergraduate Studies front desk, serving as the first point of contact, and greeting and assisting guests.

The position:

  • Provides administrative support to include answering and routing telephone calls, visitors, processing mail.
  • Maintains and responds to all email inquires through the division and deans office email account. 
  • Maintains conference room. 
  • Collects payroll and submits it to the Business Center for processing.
  • Submits work request forms.
  • Assists the executive assistant and project manager with planning/coordination of special events and other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The selected candidate should have good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • The selected candidate should be detailed oriented and can effectively function in a fast-paced environment.
