Job Description:

This position works with the Salesforce CRM Lead and Salesforce CRM Analyst, and supports the Recruitment and Service Management of the organizations that use Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. In order to ensure a high level of utilization of the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud systems, this position is responsible for reviewing user adoption dashboards and related metrics to ensure that the system is being accessed and utilized as intended.

  • This position is responsible for coordinating with Business Units and the Salesforce staff to address any adoption challenges, system concerns, and documentation/training needs related to adoption.
  • This position also assesses and evaluates the effectiveness of the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud training program.
  • This position supports, builds, and exports reports, and provides basic data analysis to Salesforce users.
  • This position ensures a high level of data integrity by auditing records for consistency and correctness.
  • This position supports basic user access provisioning to Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, ensuring all training and perquisite protocols are complete.
  • The position assists in gathering business requirements and assists in configuring Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Automations and Processes, and performs extensive testing and validations on proof-of-concept solutions developed by the Salesforce Team.
  • In conjunction with other Salesforce staff leads, plans, develops, and implements technical Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud training, including feature updates, new functionalities (three releases a year), and configuration changes.
  • Additionally, designs and develops training manuals, multimedia visual aids, quick reference guides, and other educational materials; conducts trainings on the use of Salesforce via instructor-led in person or online training; evaluates the effectiveness of those trainings and solicits feedback for continuous improvements; interprets educational and/or training administrative rules and policies and recommends new and improved programs to effectively manage educational or training functions; monitors the effectiveness of user adoption.
  • Continually analyze, audit, and maintain data integrity of records to ensure consistent and correct data is in the system, manage duplicate data and merge data where necessary.
  • Assist in documenting and gathering business requirements.
  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 Technical Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Support, track all technical support requests and ensure timely resolution or escalations.
  • Develops complex Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud reports with a full data model understanding based on business requests.
  • Provision new Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud users based on defined security policies and roles, ensuring the user meets all perquisites and has completed training.
  • Deprovision Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud users based on notification of disuse and ensure high levels of security compliance of users as directed by the appropriate security authorizers and data custodians.
  • Assist in Salesforce Automations and Process building.
  • Assist in developing new Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud configurations and supporting new project initiatives.
  • Extensively test developed solutions (proof-of-concept) and configuration changes in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

$56,030 to Negotiable

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Should have excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to clearly and effectively explain, and provide training on, complex technology concepts as they relate to business processes to general staff (non IT).
  • Database knowledge and the ability to understand data models and data integrity.
  • Ability to build complex reports by interpreting business requests and perform basic analysis on data for reporting purposes.
  • Salesforce CRM Sales and Service experience with Salesforce Certification a plus.
  • Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
  • Should have understand integration concepts (SIS knowledge a plus).
