Job Description:

The Department of Finance and Dr. Phillips School of Real Estate in the College of Business at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invite applications for an instructor position. We anticipate one position to be available at our main campus in Orlando, Florida. This is a nine-month, non-tenure earning position with an anticipated start date of August 8, 2020.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in real estate, finance, or related area from an accredited institution. Teaching experience in real estate at the university level and relevant industry experience are required. The successful candidate must be academically qualified under both SACSCOC and AACSB standards to teach real estate at the undergraduate level.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in real estate principles, commercial real estate finance, and real estate development who hold the CCIM or equivalent professional credential and have the ability to and interest in interacting with the Central Florida real estate industry.
