Job Description:

Maintain the College of Community Innovation and Education's (CCIE) financial/position control system, financial reporting database, purchasing card (p-card), electronic notification system, and college Foundation reporting to departments/schools/college leadership. It will also develop a routing and notification system for the college finance business center. This position will work closely with the Financial Business Center and the HR Business Center.

Specific duties include:

  • Responsible for designing, analyzing, coding, documenting, and implementing applications that support, enhance and integrate with the college-wide reporting tool application.

  • Responsible for key business process automation for the college including but not limited to procurement/expense card notification, comparison of position control, financial, foundation, and budget reports. Training of college employees on using the college-wide reporting tool application.

  • Maintains and supports college-wide reporting tool applications and database-related systems/servers to ensure minimal downtime and loss of productivity and service. Collaborates and communicates effectively with college-wide leadership on developing useful and accurate reporting tools.

  • Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience
