Post-Doctoral Scholar

The Mathematics Department at the University of Central Florida is seeking to fill multiple two-year term teaching postdoctoral position beginning August 8, 2025. The appointment is subject to an annual positive performance review. The position carries a teaching load  of 3+3+2. To be considered, applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics or closely related disciplines and meet employment eligibility requirements by the start of the appointment. The salary is competitive with additional funding available for professional development. To apply, submit a cover letter, CV, and a teaching statement. Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered, applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics or closely related disciplines, and meet employment eligibility requirements by the start of the appointment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using online technology in mathematics courses.

• Experience coordinating courses with multiple sections.

• Experience teaching and managing large lecture courses.

• Experience with teaching upper division courses.
