The Opportunity:
As a Student Accounts Analyst within the University of Central Florida's (UCF) Financial Affairs division, you'll combine hands-on customer service with financial operations to support students who receive employer-sponsored tuition benefits through Guild Education, one of the nation's leading workforce education platforms. This role serves as UCF's primary liaison for Guild-sponsored students, managing the full billing cycle from eligibility verification through payment reconciliation and refund processing. You'll collaborate regularly with Guild Education, sponsored students, Financial Aid, and key campus offices, including participating in bi-weekly stakeholder meetings to ensure seamless processing and a positive student experience. Success in this role calls for working knowledge of student fee assessment, third-party contract billing, UCF financial policies, and related areas such as Florida Prepaid, deferrals, waivers, 1098-T tax forms, and online payment processing. Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

The anticipated hourly rate for a well-qualified candidate is expected to be $20.29 - $22.57. The final rate will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
