  • Prioritize and address complex CHW work orders and service requests. Create proactive work orders for DEP plant functionality, manage completion dates, and ensure prompt responses to life safety and urgent work orders.

  • Administer and develop UCF's Chilled Water Plant Specifications focusing on absorption chillers. Educate stakeholders, create tools, and introduce standards and specifications. Report on CHW upgrades and confirm compliance with project performance standards.

  • Collaborate with Campus AUX, DSO, and Athletic units to provide metrics and data for DEP plants. Serve as a technical resource, update Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) data, and work with the Engineering department on FCA updates.

  • Provide guidance to entry-level staff, assist Engineers, Managers, and Superintendents with various tasks, and operate forklifts, highlifts, and other heavy equipment as needed. Perform welding requirements and other duties as assigned by management.
