The Opportunity:
The Program Manager, Foundation Board Relations plays a critical role in supporting the strategic goals of the Advancement & Partnerships division by leading the execution of administrative functions, event coordination, and program management for the UCF Foundation Board. This position collaborates with the Director of Foundation Board Relations to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and engagement with board members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication and Documentation:
Manage the development of executive-level communications, board books, agenda packets, and reports.
Ensure all meeting minutes and official records meet compliance standards and federal, state, and local regulations.
Board Meeting Operations:
Plan and oversee the execution of three annual board meetings and all standing committee meetings, including logistics, venue selection, and meeting timelines.
Coordinate vendor contracts, guest speakers, and professional-quality materials for board members.
Database and Information Oversight:
Maintain and update board member information in the CRM database.
Oversee updates to the Board Portal and website sections, ensuring accessibility and accurate content.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align with the Foundation’s strategic priorities.
Partner with the Director to support campaign volunteer leadership meetings, including material preparation and logistics coordination.
Vendor and Resource Management:
Manage vendor relations and ensure all materials, contracts, and invoices are aligned with organizational quality and budget standards.
Program and Campaign Support:
Coordinate programming for board members, including education, training, and campaign volunteer activities.
Direct logistics for campaign-related activities to ensure smooth execution.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee administrative functions such as expense management and contracts, while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a fundraising setting, preferably in a higher education environment.
Experience in event coordination, project management, or board relations.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Blackbaud CRM, Raiser's Edge or Salesforce), digital communication tools (Marketing Cloud, Blackbaud Internet Solutions, or Emma), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage high-profile meetings and engage with executive stakeholders.
Knowledge of nonprofit operations, fundraising campaigns, or higher education initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
Special Instructions to the Applicants:
The anticipated salary for a well-qualified candidate is $56,030- $68,637, depending on experience and education.

The anticipated pay scale indicated for this position generally applies to candidates who meet the minimum requirements and several of the preferred qualifications outlined above.
